Charles became the butt of several social media jokes yesterday after a video clip of him speaking at the meeting began circulating. In the clip taken during the UNC’s Pavement Report meeting Charles, a UNC MP, seemed to praise the PNM, saying: “The PNM party is the best party to take Trinidad and Tobago out of the morass and out of the nonsense and out of the stupidity that passes for governance in Trinidad and Tobago.”
